William J. O’Neill

William O’Neill partnered with Kathryn DeVane Hamilton in 2022 to form Hamilton O’Neill, a premier Miami family law firm dedicated to complex and high-net-worth divorce cases in Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Palm Beach County. Bill spent the first 33 years of his practice devoted to representing clients in the areas of real estate, construction and business sales.  Before entering law, Bill had a distinguished professional career in the defense, intelligence and critical infrastructure markets. Bill’s longstanding legal and professional careers have made him a valuable asset in serving the firm’s commercial real estate clientele as he addresses their needs with a unique insight and perspective.

Bill attended Seattle University School of Law (formerly University of Puget Sound Law School) in Tacoma, Washington, and graduated in 1989.  He earned his B.A. from the University of New England. Bill is licensed in Washington State and Mississippi and serves the Law Firm’s corporate clients for their transactional needs.
