With over 25 years of experience in Florida’s most sensitive and high net worth family law matters, Anthony P. Sabatino brings strategic insight and a solutions-oriented approach to Hamilton O’Neill, where he serves in an Of Counsel position with the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Anthony spent 20 years at the distinguished Miami family law practice of Kutner and Associates, where he worked alongside the late Maurice Jay Kutner. Anthony has represented clients in divorces and complex custody disputes that have attracted national attention involving professional athletes, business owners, and CEOs. His practice combines extensive litigation experience with a strong understanding of financial structures, drawn from his early career in the financial services industry. Before becoming a lawyer, Anthony also served as a case manager in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit’s family division. Anthony is a Miami native growing up on Miami Beach and his experience raising his three children has given him a unique viewpoint in child custody litigation.
