Caitlin B. McNulty

Caitlin B. McNulty is an Associate Attorney at Hamilton O’Neill PLLC. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Caitlin moved to Miami to pursue her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, followed by her Juris Doctorate at the University of Miami School of Law. During her tenure in law school, Caitlin distinguished herself as a Staff Editor on the University of Miami Law Review, excelled in the litigation skills program, and graduated Cum Laude, showcasing her commitment to academic excellence.

Caitlin’s professional journey with Hamilton O’Neill began in 2022 as a Law Clerk at the firm during law school, where she gained valuable insight into the firm’s family law practice. She further broadened her experience by completing a summer associate position in South Florida in Big Law. Caitlin also worked as a research assistant for LawWithoutWalls through its three-day conference in Madrid, Spain in 2024.

Caitlin followed her passion back to family law during her final year of law school, when she returned to Hamilton O’Neill as a Senior Law Clerk, further developing her experience in family law. Her diverse experiences and commitment to client advocacy make her a valuable addition to our team. Caitlin is committed to applying her skills and knowledge to help clients navigate their family law matters with compassion and professionalism.
