Parastoo Majd is an associate attorney at The Hamilton Law Firm, PL and is admitted to practice in Florida and Kentucky. Prior to joining The Hamilton Law Firm, Parastoo gained valuable experience in various areas of civil litigation, including insurance defense, business and commercial litigation, and medical malpractice in both Kentucky and Florida. Parastoo’s civil litigation experience has proven to be an asset when she is handling complex family law matters.
Parastoo earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2016, graduating with honors. While in law school she was selected as a member of the prestigious Moot Court Board, where she led her team in various competitions, including constitutional law and national adoption law competitions. Notably, Parastoo was chosen as one of the best orators in her class during her first year of law school, leading her to compete and place in the interschool Moot Court Competition. During her law school career, Parastoo was drawn to helping families by volunteering at Northern Kentucky Children’s Law Center, where she helped protect the rights of children.
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Parastoo received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in French Studies at the University of Louisville. Parastoo is fluent in French and Farsi.
